UK reference ages 6–12 under adult supervision; not for children under 6.

UK 0.05% nasal-drop reference with benzalkonium preservative, not BMW approval. Do not transfer adult-strength instructions. Limit duration to avoid rebound congestion; review cardiovascular disease and other decongestants.

Short-term relief of a blocked nose associated with colds or nasal allergies in children aged 6–12 years.
