Founded by Late Shri Vasudev Prasad Madhwani and Mr. Naresh Kumar Madhwani, the company works from BMW House in Jabalpur, coordinating procurement, marketing, quality oversight, inventory and nationwide distribution. Its operating history is distinct from the promoters’ wider pharmaceutical legacy, which dates to 1963.
