Children aged 2 years and above; reference prefers tablets from age 15. Not for children under 2.
Indian Lezyncet-M oral suspension reference matches both active strengths per 5 ml, not BMW approval. Review renal impairment, sedation, seizures and montelukast neuropsychiatric risks; carers should report mood, behaviour or sleep changes. No acute-asthma relief, infant use or dose advice is transferred.
- Treatment of allergic rhinitis in children aged 2 years and above when this combination is prescribed.
