UK 500 mg tablet reference, not BMW approval. Serious tendon, nerve and neurological reactions can be prolonged or irreversible. Review kidney function, QT risks and interacting medicines. Not for viral infections or routine self-medication.

Treatment of selected complicated urinary infections and bacterial prostatitis.
Treatment of selected susceptible Gram-negative respiratory infections.
Treatment of selected bacterial skin, bone or joint infections.
Use only when other commonly recommended antibiotics are inappropriate.
