US extended-release 400 mg label, not BMW approval. This resolves the previous 600 mg-only reference mismatch. Review gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney, cardiovascular and pregnancy risks; not for CABG-related pain. Swallow as a modified-release tablet and use the shortest appropriate course.
